Our standard delivery times take approx. 2-3 weeks after proof print release i.e. after availability of the requested article. You have a deadline and not so much time? Please call us! Our service team can make almost everything happen! Tel: +49  (0) 21 96/ 70 86 00

Unprinted goods can be delivered within approx. 2-3 days. You require the goods faster? Please contact us! Providing availability of the goods is given, normally this can be fulfilled.

We offer an express service for our articles. The printed goods can be delivered within 3-5 days after print proof release. Please contact prior our service team on: 0049/ (0) 2196/ 70 86 00.

Please send us your complete printing data via email after placing the online order. To: layout@hpdesign-promo.com or directly with your email order.

For each print i.e. finishing order we provide a free of charge galley proof which we then email to you. From the 2^nd galley proof on we charge a small fee for expenses of € 19, - per changed proof.

We require your data as an EPS vector file (Adobe Illustrator up to CS 4, Adobe Photo Shop CS 4). Picture resolution is required in min. 300 dpi. You cannot provide us with an EPS vector file? Please send us the file you actually have. Our graphics design team can assist to find the solution for you! All data files please send to: layout@hpdesign-promo.com.

Please give us your requested colours in Pantone C or in RAL. The Pantone i.e. the RAL colour chart serves the exact global definition of colour shades. Possible flaws can be excluded this way.

Please send us the specified fonts upon order placement. All fonts should be converted into curves or paths.

You can order an original sample prior to your order. Please note that we charge sample articles plus delivery costs and the sample cannot be returned i.e. charges credited. As the case may be, prices for single samples may vary from block prices. No additional costs.

The delivery costs can vary according to selected delivery time. Unfortunately, express-deliveries involve a small surcharge towards the standard delivery costs. Our service team can certainly inform you prior to order confirmation about the exact costs for express deliveries. Basically, we are determined to find the lowest tariff for you.

Express-delivery costs cannot be seen during online ordering process. These have to be inquired separately.

All prices are net plus current VAT.

In order to provide competitive prices, we do not finish single parts but deliver all articles in certain minimum quantities which individually can be viewed per article in our Online-Shop.

First and export business is handled with cash in advance minus 2% discount, following business 10 days minus 2% discount, 20 days net. Public and church institutions are supplied on account.

All promo articles are provided with your individual logo and therefore cannot be changed after finishing process. Basically all confirmed orders are provide with a galley proof in advance where the position and the colour of your logo can be seen.

Under the menu point ´My account´ in your customer account you can change your password, delivery and invoice address and view your order history.
